A. Harris denied immediate eligibility?

The article states that Harris has been denied immediate eligibility.  Is this true?  This is the first I've heard/seen about the NCAA's decision.  If it is indeed true, I do not believe this will hurt the hogs much this year, though.  Sure, his presence would be beneficial, but I think we will need him more during the 2014 - 2015 season, which should be his senior season, due to the fact that at least 6 major contributors from the current team will have departed by then.
