Arkansas Linebacker Bumper Pool is One of Questions on Jeopardy

By Otis Kirk

Arkansas’ true freshman linebacker Bumper Pool doesn’t have a common name by most standards and now it has gotten him featured in question on Jeopardy.

Pool signed with Arkansas this past December as a member of Chad Morris’ first class at Arkansas. Pool was mentioned in a $600 answer under 2018 College Football Names on Jeopardy. A contestant named Mary Ann correctly answered Arkansas to add $600 to her total.

Pool has played seven games this season with three starts. He has 23 tackles, including nine unassisted, 2.5 tackles for loss, one fumble recovery returned 60 yards, a quarterback hurry and three pass breakups.

Pool and Arkansas will be at home on Saturday night to host LSU at 6:30 p.m. It will be Senior Night for the Razorbacks and the game will be televised on the SEC Network.
