Sundays Card
« on: January 14, 2018, 06:52:36 am »

Ivan going to win the feature?   Looks like it could be a formful day on the late P4

I may just stick to my show bets.  I played a couple nice ones yesterday and covered all my other bets. BTW Cash Bonus paid $3.40   That is great on a $7.40 winner.

Have you ever done a show parlay for a whole card? Start with a show bet in the first race and roll over your winnings to show on a horse in the next race, then repeat. See if you can cash the entire card. Harder than it sounds.

No I like to pick and choose and I leave races alone I don't feel good about.   I plated the 1st race at Gulfstream yesterday.  Just $25 on the 7  It ran third and paid $4.40   At Oaklawn I will play more.  Cash Bonus I had $200 to show on. I wasn't sure he would win but I was very confident about hitting the board. Glad I left the favorite alone Rockin Rudy or whatever his name was.

Patti Patti Patti in the 1st I may play.  Good post going a mile  Looks like she will be the pace setter.  Should last for at least 3rd.  I will watch the money pools.  I am not betting if I am not getting back at least $3 on the show bet.

Late P4  $27 bet for 50 cents

3,6,7
6,7,9
1   Loves Oaklawn and in great form.  Hoping the Cali shipper stays off form.  With my luck the 1 gets hooked and beat.
1,2,3,6,9,11

If I was playing the P5 I would add

1,2,3,9  in the 5th.

Maybe we should do a HV community show parlay. Everyone pitches in $10 (through PayPal) and 1 guy puts the bets in for us. If we win, send the $ back through PayPal.

Let me know if yíall wanna do this sometime.  I would be glad to place it and distribute.   Saw a 20 dollar parlay turn into 4 grand last year.  One was 8/8. They didnít play one race and all horses were around 3/1 except  one 10/1 shot

In the first, I see Patti patti patti & samurais prize dueling to be in the lead. They might run themselves out of it in the 1st 1/2. The question is whether there is a presser to take advantage of it.

Yup not touching the first race. 4/5 and she has to be on the lead from the 1 post.

Works look incredible and fires fresh everytime.  Loves Oakalwn.  Look at the breaks in the running history.  Only one time has he lost after a freshening and got a 93 beyer that day in a stakes race.

Let me ask you this.  Where is your single or can you go two deep in this race if you toss him?

I was just asking for your thoughts. I don't know enough to get a single out of a P3 or P4.

Thinking Eskimo Kisses or Triple Kapalua for the 3rd.

The last race yesterday I was looking through the form for a price horse to play.  I see the 2 at 12-1 morning line.  I'm thinking this is a nice price horse for a show bet.   I open up my betting app and the damn horse is even money.  Apparently everyone saw the same thing.
