There's been a lot of talk about lack of player development both by Bielema and by the fans and media.  Let's take a look at Bielema's list of signed 4 stars (according to ESPN recruiting rankings)... At least half of these recruits either are not on the team or do not have significant roles.  Lack of development is 100% on CBB and his staff.

Behind the scenes the biggest indictment of CBB is this. And the most talked about reason why is that for some reason after 2015 CBB lost his edge. It happens. Many theories as to why he has are discussed. His health, he got too complacent, too much freedom to his assistants...combination of all.

I heard them trotting out the old drum beat this morning " This team just doesn't have any talent"  That is verifiably incorrect if anyone would just take the time to look. There is a lot of talent on this team a lot of high end talent .  It is being utilized ineffectively

It's a major deflection and defense of the pro Bielema people. He just hasn't been lucky enough to get the same caliber of recruits our previous coaches have.

Exactly. No lack of talent. I would like to know how many 4 stars are on this team compared to historic Razorback teams. That'd be a good indicator of how much talent we have on paper

My response to that statement, even if it is false, is simply:  "Who is responsible for getting said talent?"  In year 5, we still don't have talent?  What is going to occur if we give you 2 more years?  Regression.

Even if talent is an issue, you over come it with coaching and scheme.  We apparently aren't doing either and are happy to blame it all on the players.

Which doesn't jive at all that Bobby was a bad recruiter. One other the other is true, they cannot both be true.
Either Bobby recruited as well as Bert, or Bobby is just a better coach with lesser talent.
