Kayak Fishing
« on: June 29, 2017, 07:00:55 pm »

Just bought a tandem kayak, any kayakers in here?

Would love some ideas on float/fishing trips in NWA, or just places to go with a kayak.

I took it out today with a buddy out on the white river near Twin Bridges, caught some perch and small cats underneath some bluffs, nothing too interesting but still a good time.

I would seriously give Kings river a try, from Marble north, Small Mouths are a blast to catch in a canoe so I'm sure they would be in that as well.

Went down to the white below the beaver dam.  Caught one good size trout.  Disappointed didn't catch anything else, but can't complain about going fishing.

Was using power bait and then a rooster tail.
