USGA & PGA Change Golfing Rules....
« on: July 12, 2016, 12:15:25 pm »

Taking its cue from the Clinton’s and the FBI the USGA and the PGA have decided there will no longer be a penalty stoke for hitting a ball into a water hazard or out of bounds.  In the future your opponent must prove you actually ‘Intended’ to hit the ball into these hazards in order for there to  be a penalty.  “Excessive Carelessness”  or “Bad Judgment”  will no longer be considered intent.

No intent – No penalty.
