I'm doing ribs, smoked sausage, and chicken thighs.  Gonna do my famous smoked beans and some potato salad.  May do some wings for pregame, but I'm not sure yet.  Depends on how much cooking I want to do and how much beer I drink.

For a chain Marco's isn't half bad at least better than the Hut, Domino's or PPJ's IMO.

Probably gonna smoke a pork butt to use for bbq and maybe a rack of ribs as well as some sausage for a Rendevous style cheese plate, like back home in Memphis, as an appetizer.

Also brewing my house blonde ale tomorrow to hopefully have on tap by Friday night or early Saturday Morning.

You said this weekend and that scared me, wouldn't this weekend be 8.28?

Anyways for the game I will be grilling some deer steaks and veggies, usually make some guac as well. Have to make some butter pasta for the toddler.
