Florida is in a battle right now with ULM they're down 35-29 with just about 15 minutes left.

We just handle ourselves and all will be fine in the end. The SEC is just another conference in basketball,  we're not awful,  we're just known for football.

Nah, we're pretty awful.  There might be a mid-major league or two better than the SEC, because of depth.

All 3 teams from the SEC made the sweet 16 last year, if I remember right that was 1 more than the Big 12 had who had 7 teams make the dance.  I don't pretend that the SEC is a powerhouse but its not as bad as some contend.  There is a lot to be said for the strength of Mid Majors, this isn't football its much more of an even playing field.  Oh btw Florida was the number 1 overall seed and Kentucky played for the Championship.

Just for some perspective, this ODU team is supposed to be one of the best ever for their school. they got the transfer from another small school who has high major talent.

Went round and round with a couple people last season about how bad the SEC is. And it really doesn't make sense because the talent is there.
