Any chances for other in state kids to get a hog offer before signing day? What's the deal on Tyler Phillips? I don't see many offers but see he gets constant good mail from power 5 schools. Any other kids who may get a late 2015 offer as Korliss Marshall and Josh Liddell did previous years?
