dammit Twist, I hope your dream comes true!!
Have you ever listened to someone  or read what they put into thoughts and wondered...."who ties your shoelaces for you?"

I would say don't jinx us but never mind.

Does that mean we get the first season and a half of his salary back?

I've got a good feeling about this game.  Actually bet a msu fan today.  Got a feeling they will be looking past us thinking about bama the next week.

Msu is probably the weakest #1 team we have ever played.  They are slightly better than us but not nears as much as you would think.
Sometimes wrong, but never in doubt

In all seriousness, I think the success of the pass rush will be huge in this game as well as the ability to contain the opposing QB. We can't allow ourselves to be sacked, but we also can't afford to force balls into coverage situations that wind up in T/O's. We also can't afford to allow Dak to run free when receivers are covered.

Over the last two games for each team (trending) Arkansas has allowed 2 sacks against sack defenses that averaged a #19.5 ranking in sacks.

Miss State has allowed averaging 2.5 sacks per game against defenses that averaged a #63.5 in team sacks.

Negative plays will be huge for both teams.

Miss State is a good team but they aren't unbeatable.

None, since I'm not an Arkansas resident anymore.  But everybody who pays taxes in Arkansas paid a fraction of his salary.

I had a nightmare.  I'm not scare though.

redeye

That would be fitting, since MSU started it's current win streak against Arkansas last season.

If you're a stargazer, then you should love our chances against them.  I think it comes down to mistakes and home field advantage.  We can beat MSU, but they have a senior laden team and we'll have to play mistake-free football.  I also think it's very difficult to win SEC road games and that doesn't receive the attention it should.

Okay, then I DO pay for a portion of his salary with the annual donations to the foundation that we have made for years now.

I'm sure you guys are right, but I had always thought that the University paid his "salary" since he's a state employee and the Foundation picked up all the perks and bonuses and buy-outs and other off-the-books type of things.

As long as they staff more EMT personnel we are good. Drunks sweating it out in windbreakers could get interesting

Absolutely.  Having Herbert Davis call the game is crucial.

I don't know the entire crew of officials in my dream, but for some reason the lead official was Darryl Strawberry and that threw me off a little bit.

Darryl had his issues, but he was a winner and we will win as well

Now it's our turn to sucker punch MSU, we win by 3 and the entire town of Starkville cries in their gravy Sunday morning

Do we drive the field for the winning score late? Or jump out to an early lead and hang on?

I think Arkansas could have beat Miss State in LR had CBB not run a fake pun when we were winning 17-3. But we could win this time if we don't have bad penalties.
