Two former LSU football players placed wagers between themselves regarding their performance in games throughout the season, but no penalty was assessed to the university or the players.

That was one of several secondary violations that the LSU football team reported to the NCAA in the past year, according to documents obtained by The Advocate on Friday through an open records request.
