Someone needs to alert CBB to address the team about those dang concrete walls along the sides of the endzones. We've had a couple of players go head first into these things in recent years. I would hate to lose a player to these.

Carl Lazlo

Hopefully, every offensive position it will come into play.  Know what I mean , Vern?

Hey guys don't run into the wall.
If Auburn is dirty so is Gus. You can't have it both ways. Deal with it.

We don't have any Aggies available to dive into the concrete wall first and crack it with their own head.

I texted him. He said "cool, thanks for the reminder".

Definitely. Wish I could find the video of the TU receiver that ran full clock into the North EZ wall about 40 years ago at Skelly Stadium. Ugly. Wall only 7 yards from end line. Back then, no one had  thought to pad that wall.

Why not address the stadium management to put padding up?  Just one of a long list of reasons LR games are done soon.

It's evidently been addressed.  Team was told to avoid any contact with the wall... but if unavoidable, not to make contact with their helmet.  Could be ruled as "targeting"...

With our run first offense, chances of hitting the walls are low. Not a bad thing, just a fact

Wow! Thanks! Pressing need for this.
Let's make some waves.

I think they need to move the goal posts from the front of the end zone to the back. Someone could get hurt.

Maybe we can talk to NASCAR about some SAFER barriers.

That's been happening more at RRS the last two years.

Running into the wall will be a 15yd penalty against only Skipper, the Ref's are  trying to set a precedent against his rough play against walls.

Until they can learn to avoid the brick wall that seems to block our end zone in the fourt quarter, I wouldn't even bring it up.

If I remember correctly he went to celebrate with the fans.

Lord of the Styes

There have been at least two AR players that have gone head first into this wall while being tackled or laying out for a reception. The latest was during the Petrino regime and it sidelined the player. That is just a couple I remember that has taken place within the past 5 years.

Yes......boys, don't run into the concrete wall, run thru it! The concrete wall is the UGA defense.

Did anybody warn the Georgia players about the wall on the field they are getting ready to run into?

another reason Petrino had to be fired, he did not warn our current players at that time.....it was a safety issue, obviously, and Petrino didn't care about safety
