He wrote "y'all" and placed the apostrophe in the correct place. Impressive.
I have known the troubles I was born to know
I have wanted things a poor man's born to want
And in all my dreams and memories I go running
Through the fields of Arkansas from which I sprung

Yeah I still don't do that unless autocorrect takes over.

Coming from Denmark, I'm sure he's fluent in multiple languages....not surprising that he can also pick up on our Southern vernacular!!

And they slowly slink back to their holes.  Well done Madden and Watkins.

I wish that guy with that bad eye would stop looking at me...
A couple female midgets, a few bottles of Wild Irish Rose, and a room at the Trout Inn...... who knows what may happen.....

@DerekTysonESPN: Just learned Arkansas DT commit Hjalte Froholdt's first name is pronounced Yelta.

I'd have never gotten that right.

Been pronouncing it "hyal-TAY" myself.
"Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats." ― H.L. Mencken

Hogville prediction formula:

1.  Insert bad news prediction. A loss, a recruit going elsewhere, a coach leaving, etc.
2.  Tag "hope I'm wrong," on the end.
3a.  Enjoy a correct prediction.
3b.  Act like you're relieved you're wrong and celebrate with everyone else.

zane

Did they really just call him a Wisconsin commit??

IMG is putting #92 inside at dt on running downs.  Trinity is a running team and has an OG that's rated #6 in the country who is committed to FSU.  Dude is huge but 'Yelta' is in beast mode, shut'n shiite down!

Gettin double teamed just about every down

I am THIS close to raping you right now.

YtownHog

He absolutely single handlly blew up a QB sneak.  Very impressive.

RayZorbak

This guy is exciting to watch!! Man among boys out there tonight, and the competition he's playing against is pretty salty. They said 19 players on that field will play D1 football. So glad we are getting him. Can you imagine what coach herb will do to him?!?!?! I Can't wait till this beast is signed, sealed, and delivered to the hill!!! GHG!!!

VirginiaHog

The best part is that by coming in January he will be ready to contribute next year.

Looked like he was having trouble getting off blocks earlier (probably due to the hand).  Seems like he figured it out.

That's amazing.  There's not 19 players in the state of Arkansas that will play D1 football.

Maybe, maybe not but either way, that's some serious talent and shows why it's so hard to win here.  We're not at all unlike OU,  Nebraska, UTenn and others when it comes to having to go out and recruit out of state talent if you are to be successful.

Where do people get this idea from?

Arkansas usually produces 20-40 D1 prospects.

Remember, Arkansas State, ULM, Tulsa, etc are D1 schools.

Notice he says your boy instead of "our coach". Very telling.

I'm not worried. If he recruits like he did here Louisville will fire him in about 5 years.

I was going with Ha-Jawl-Tee

I'm kind of surprised by the mispronunciation of his name.  He explained how to say it a while back on his youtube series and I believe a Thursday night recruiting interview with RD.

I guess with all that instate talent there's no need to go out of state is there?

When did I post we produce 20-40 SEC level athletes?

Huge fail on your part.

hardly, just differing opinions on what constitutes D1 talent.

I would define a D1 (division 1, FBS, etc) recruit as someone that has an offer and/or signs with a D1 school. What's your definition?

He looked really good. He took up a lot of space and was mentioned by name several times for turning a play back inside or clogging the middle so others could make tackles. He looks the part, and with experience and training has every opportunity to live up to the forecast.

HogWildBison2011

I was able to watch it on WatchESPN... He looks the part of a big broad and strong DT. He actually looks lean for his size. He appeared to have a cast on one of his hands which effected how he could fight off blocks. Most of the time they ran away from him. If they ran toward him they made an effort to run around him. Get this kid on campus and put him through the camp with Herb and I think we got a guy that can contribute right away.
