Gritty, opportunistic defense that puts them in a position to make big plays is what every DB recruit wants.

Aggression that focuses on disrupting the QB with the front 4 is what every DL recruit wants.

A DB with good ball skills could be super-hero in Robb Smith's defense.

I think this defense will sell. (As will the drastic improvement in only a few games.)

This defense needs to find a Von Miller/Eric Stryker type recruit to cause havoc to passing teams.  Last night we did put a lot of pressure on the qb, but up till this game I thought our pass rush was ok.

Are we recruiting a pass rushing specialist?

It's a shame our defense hasn't received attention for it's play from the national media.  I've seen praise for Alabama's defense for stopping Arkansas, but our defense gave up less yards to Alabama's supposedly great offense, so I don't get it.  I know it's because they won, and we lost, but it doesn't change the fact that our defense played better.

Coach Robb Smith is a professional who knows how to take the talent on hand and put together an efficient and complete defense and a defensive scheme that matches up well with the opponent of the week.
Give him a raise if needed and give him more talent/depth for a dominating SEC defense.
