offensive team leader

i cannot find a team leader in between plays.  no one is taking over.

this will turn into a trash allen thread, and i suppose its natural.  but really; do you guys see anyone hustling the team together?  if so; who is it?

I agree.  You don't.  Usually the qb is the leader.  But it seems either the play calling or nerves effects him badly in the 4th when the team needs it most.  It seems our entire scheme changes in the 4th qtr.  Why not keep doing what works?  Any coaches to explaon this?

I think Derby has the attitude but not the qb skills.
