One of the comments from this is intriguing.  Label a player "un-draftable" if they exhibit heinous behavior such as rape, felonies, etc.  Unfortunately, money usually is the most powerful motivator at times.  Also, holds players more accountable for their actions.

I don't think any FSU administrators will be worried about any charges.
Not their fault if the Tallahassee PD is derelict in their duty. Or at least that is how it will be spun.

Some lackey at the PD may be in trouble though, if this thing grows legs.

I must have mis-read it...didn't cops send it to admin to sit on before prosecutors could get it?
