New Uniforms

Has anyone seen the new uniforms for this year besides the night Tyler Spoon wore it on stage with all of the other team's new uniforms? I don't think the new font works well on the baseball uniform. Just curious what others think.

We are still going to have the cream throw backs right? I pretty sure that is what I read.

I agree.  Baseball is a very tradition based sport, more so than the other major college sports.  I would have liked to see the Hogs go with a more traditional font, brand identity be darned.

There was a long thread about this (http://www.hogville.net/yabbse/index.php?topic=566721.0) when all of the new uniforms were announced last spring.  Here are my comments from that thread.

The new baseball unis aren't "bad"; but of all the teams we have on campus now, the one group of uniforms that didn't need improvement (IMO) was baseball.  I really like all of our uni's now.  Some more than others, but there's not one of them that I don't like.  And I will miss the font we've used for baseball unis.  It's already distinctive . . . I know, I know . . . these 20-somethings who've never been to Arkansas in their lives until this task they were assigned to make us think it's all-important to have ALL of the teams use the same font.

I don't.

But I will ultimately reserve judgement until I see them on the diamond next year.
