Like I was grading an english paper. I only got about half way through before slamming my head into the keyboard. Please take an english course.
The grammar is the least painful part of this crappy author.

How many sacks of the Tech QB? One? None? I have not seen the stat. And vast majority of the 45 passing attempts, he had ample time to throw. If the Hogs' D cannot pressure Tex Tech passer, they will likely find it even more difficult to pressure any SEC opponent's QB on pass plays.

sure is alot of people that dont read his thread but post 3-4 times on his thread.

Intelligence, you misspelled sophomore and incorrectly capitalized it. And those aren't the only two errors.

As a closing thought, the telecast of the game was atrocious. The eight-hour interview of Jeff Long while the Razorbacks are on a touchdown scoring drive was terrible. The game coverage was something that Raycom would have been proud of, but not a production from a major network.

Bingo about the interview of JL!

After reading this article, I'm now poised to make a bowl run, too.

Perhaps he was an art major. Heck he could have even been an english major. He could be a Mensa member for all you know. English doesn't have to be so damn specific all the time. We aren't here to write a PHD thesis. A person doesn't have to write well to be intelligent. Interesting someone that has the username intelligence would assume someone needs an english course when sometimes it isn't necessary to make a point.

You don't have to write well to be intelligent, but if you're going to call yourself an "author" or a "writer" then you should be able to write using proper grammar and sentence structure.

So as far as you are concerned in your wealth of football knowledge we should have sold out on pass rush with the front 4? You do realize that we were playing an offense specifically designed to  attack that sort of defense...right? You also I am quite sure realize that one of our two interceptions came when we only rushed 2. Let that sink in for a minute.

after some time and deliberation, and well after the effect of the proverbial sinking in

i'm still concerned that the D front four did not get more direct contact with with the QB.

man o man, where to get that wealth of football knowledge........

and on economics and ethics as well...............

Education is what you make of it. Some of us make more of it than others. I assumed nothing, so maybe you should chill on your assumption that i did. I simply decided i would atleast attempt to give the guy a quick pointer on English, and how not to bore your audience to death with poor sentence structure and a rambling method of story telling.

Give me a break, the awful formatting of smf "BBCODE" was playing with my eyes a bit. I think i illustrated my point though. If he wants to write articles, maybe he should invest in learning to proofread his work. When i'm drafting a technical analysis at work, i start by making a bullet list of summaries of each paragraph. In this way, you have a list to cross reference, allowing you to focus on engaging your user while staying on point, which is really what good writing is all about.

Why can't the media conduct these JL interviews at halftime? I don't know when I've been so mad! If not, at least show the game and make the interview sound only!!! I hope somebody complained to ABC about the horrible coverage of this game. These old farts need to retire if they can't remember who the heck is playing the game!!!

Absolutely............but some people don't know what subjectivity is.

They were not gambling in an attempt to sack him. Mainly containing + limiting the run option. Sometimes it left the QB too much time. It often had him throwing short passes. Arkansas doesn't really have a speed rusher, though. They would have to bring a linebacker or DB, which risks giving up a big play. If Tech's good at anything, it's burning the blitz.

We really could use a pass rushing specialist.

We didn't sack the TT boy cause we just sent 4 every down and played the rest back.
If the South should lose, it means that the history of the heroic struggle will be written by the enemy, that our youth will be trained by Northern school teachers, will be impressed by all of the influences of history and education to regard our gallant dead as traitors and our maimed veterans as fit subjects for derision.
