My questions is though, why can we adopt uniform medication rules, but we can't get an updated paddock, a $0.10 Jackpot Pick 6, a Pick 5, Trackus?

The paddock is awful. Trainers, owners and jockeys must hate it.

we're lucky they don't make it smaller and add slot machines. but those machines have saved the track.
