KJ Hill announces Friday.  A commitment to the hogs would be a huge sign of faith in the direction of the program, and give us a little momentum heading into game day.  It would also bode very well for us and Will Gragg.

A victory over Auburn would change the entire complexion of the season.  How much do expectations change if we play AU very close or beat them?

Can't call in, but this season's team will be like the Razorphoenix rising from the ashes of the last few seasons.  We may not set the world on fire, but people will take notice.  Then when we get both Gragg and Hill and round out a top recruiting class, the SEC will realize that CBB didn't come here to play around.  He came to lead a bunch of fighting mad wild hogs to the promised land.  I'm ready!

YES, let's talk about Josh Gordon and how ridiculous his punishment is considering you've got guys like Ray Rice that will play the vast majority of the season.  What kind of message does that send?  What a society we live in.

Definitely a possibility that KJ ends up at Bammer.  In the spring, I would have bet on him ending up there.

The recent developments with the timing of his decision do make me feel better about our chances, though.

Yeah, him deciding to announce after all the recent press he's been getting in connection to the program seems like good news for us.  It would be completely random for him to choose someone else at this point.  It would basically be him saying to the coaches 'I've heard your pitch, and it just didn't do it for me".  I don't see that happening.
