2013 10th overall pick Phil Bickford not returning to Fullerton

Kendall Rogers speculating he will either head the indy ball or JUCO route to be eligible for the 2015 MLB Draft.  If he elects JUCO and heads to Yavapai in Arizona like has been rumored with Brady Aiken, that would be a nasty 1-2 punch at the JUCO level.
