Not trying to rob your thread here, but to add to it, have you guys noticed some of the players in the latest interviews.  Physically, especially in the neck area, these players are beefing up.  Glad to see the weight room is helping these guys to look like true SEC size players.  I think this is an area many have overlooked in the developing of SEC players.  You have to be able to play against the bigger guys.  Weight room is critical.
