We have a number of good Florida players on the team now that can tell Ledbetter how comfortable it is here.  Compared to South Florida it is a stark contrast, but maybe not as distinct versus Orlando area he lived in.   

We are the new alternative for Florida kids that want out.

Very good point. i think it is a long shot to get this kid.(hard to beat FL and Miami for FL kids) but if he wants to leave the state, we have a chance. we have about 10 kids from Florida. that has to help.

the foot is tingling a little.There is a difference between a Big Get and a Huge Get.  about a half of a star depending on need is how I rate it.  For exaample, if we got a four star line backer - HUUUUGEEE GETTT!!! a three star would be a BIG GET.  However, under our current Roster a 4 star lineman would rate out as a BIIIG GETT!! and a 5 star would be HUGE.  I hope that clears up some of the confusion.  Some people have been playing grabass with my quotes lately.  I don't appreciate it.

I would say that rating system you have there is pretty accurate. It absolutely should be based on need and not just the stars. Now as far as your quotes, just remember that those folks have a way of weeding themselves out. Preciate ya, J. Holly!

Really good article about J. Led and his parents. I don't know if RD is just fluffing it up real good or what but if this is true feelings, they really like Fayetteville. I think we are going to have a good shot at landing the big guy.

Nothing right now.  Know he's taking an official visit to Florida this season and we'll see what he does then.  Like always we're fighting an uphill battle as he wants to play in his home state of Florida (originally from Orlando) and Gainesville is close by.  Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.
