Do you happen to have any rapping skills? I think we could set you up with DJ Khaled and you could make a song entitled, "All I Do Is Bitch"

John George and has been at it since the early 80s.

Thanks! He certainly adds excitement!

I think he also does the SEC basketball tournament.  I always enjoy when he says TIIIIIIIIME OUT!  And I used to love when he said SONNY WEEEEEEMS!

He does a good job. Sounds pretty good in television broadcasts as well. I've heard some awful ones on TV.

Yeah, John George is all I've ever known for Razorback Basketball.

I always loved "Nolannnn RRRRRRRRRRRICHARDSON!"

One of my favorites, after a win:

"Annnd that's the ball game!"

3kgthog

He needs to have football yanked from his duties along with baseball being yanked from the other guy. Now THAT dude is boring.

Not sure how a football announcer can be exciting.

What? You are kidding right.
If I'm going to cheer players and coaches in victory, I damn sure ought to be man enough to stand with them in defeat.

I've long considered Johnny George one of the best, and Arkansas is lucky to have him. Like Jim Robken, if he left it just wouldn't be the same. He's irreplaceable.

He's so good the SEC hired him to work the SEC Tourney.

Delicious~Dreams

I have always enjoyed listening to him.

I still miss Paul E. distinctive voice.   He was an original too...IMO
