Arkansas 2015 Recruiting Big Board

Not all the players have offers the Interest level is what I believe to be the recruit's interest in Arkansas. All of the information has been gathered mostly from RD and twitter.

I'm sure I've missed some guys, just let me know and I will add them.

QB:
1.   Ty Storey (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1371004/ty-storey
Interest level 10/10. Ty is all Hog and is actively recruiting for us.

RB:
1.   Nick Gibson- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1343405/highlights/126207376
Interest level 2/10. Looking more and more likely for Gibson to go to Miss State.
2.   Kendall Bussey- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/386438/kendall-bussey-jr
Interest Level 4.5/10. Kendall is a Nebraska commit; he seems to be fairly interested in the hogs. His name pops up on RD and DW's twitter accounts fairly often, which is never a bad sign.
3.   Karan Higdon- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1189994/karan-higdon
Interest Level 4/10. Karan is a very loose USF commit; most don't expect it to stick. Could be the next from the developing Florida pipeline. He is coming for a visit this weekend.
4.   Mon Denson- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1138862/mon-denson
Interest level 3/10. Mon has been on Arkansas radar for a while but he has been very quiet.
5.   Rawleigh Williams III (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1795303/rawleigh-williams-iii
Interest Level 10/10. Flipped from Ole Piss to the good guys!
6.   DJ Brown- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2397861/deantre-dj-brown
Interest level 8/10. DJ does not have an offer from the hogs but seems to impress the coaches. Electrifying player that I wouldn't be surprised to see in a hog jersey.
7.   Nyheim Hines- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2063589/nyheim-miller-hines
Interest level ?. Nyheim just received an offer from the hogs but has already expressed excitement about visiting the hogs. The #2 all purpose back in the country.
8.     Chris Warren- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1554264/chris-warren
Interest level 4/10. Hearing that Arkansas isn't as high on him as they once were, but he's still in the mix. Could also end up at DE.
9.     Corey Dauphine- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1203313/corey-dauphine
Interest level 3.5/10. Texas Tech commit but will visit Arkansas.
10.   Charles West- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2167765/charles-west
Interest level 5.5/10. Watch this hudl film, Charles is electric and earned an offer at camp, hope we can land him.
11.   Justin Bailey- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/411188/justin-bailey
Interest level 7/10. Bailey camped at Arkansas as a DB and ESPN just rated him a 4 star back. I think Bailey is very much the Korliss Marshall/Joshua Liddell of this class. He will be evaluated throughout the season and will have a chance to earn an offer.
WR:
1.    KJ Hill- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1415303/kj-hill
Interest level 7/10. If we win 5-7 games this year and show KJ that we can utilize him, he will call the hogs. KJ is attending camp at Arkansas to catch some balls from Hog commitment Ty Storey, this is good news for the hogs.
2.   Deon Stewart (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1783102/deon-      stewart
Interest level 10/10. We got a steal with Deon, there were some high caliber programs very interested in him.
3.   LaMichael Pettway-

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6x9BC6hkQNI
Interest level 4/10. Pettway caught the Freeze bug and pledged to Ole Piss. I don't think he will flip to the hogs but win some games and you never know.
4.   Darveon Brown- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2817954/highlights/127270375
Interest level 8/10. Brown does not have an offer and is not a top priority at this point. However if Brown has a good senior year and we miss out on our top WR targets you never know.
5.   Brandon Singleton- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2025172/brandon-singleton
Interest level 8/10. Another guy without an offer, Had a very good day of camp at Arkansas.
6.     Shaquery Wilson- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/3199155/shaquery-wilson
Interest level ?. Hearing that we are in good shape with Wilson, but its hard to put a number to it this soon after the offer.
TE:
1.   Will Gragg- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1369045/will-gragg
Interest level 6/10. Make no mistake Gragg is very interested in being a hog. Like Hill we just need to show Gragg improvement and win some games this year. An official visit is key. Biggest competition is Ole Miss.
2.   C.J. O'Grady (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1385001/cj-ogrady
Interest level 9/10. C.J. took some unofficial visits and decided to stay home GHG!
3.   Austin Cantrell (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/790662/austin-cantrell
Interest level 9/10. Austin is solid even after the OU offer, but again hogs will need to have a solid year to get him for sure.

OT:
1.   Colton Jackson (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1628165/colton-jackson
Interest level 10/10. Has been very quiet in his recruitment, great pick up.
2.   Keaton Sutherland- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1668228/keaton-sutherland
Interest level 5/10. Hogs made the cut for Keaton's final 4 but he then committed to ATM, I don't think that we are out of play here.
3.   Connor Williams- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2021811/connor-williams
Interest level ?. I don't know much about Connor, but 247 has us listed as warmer. We also have connections with that school from recruiting Solomon Thomas.
4.   Devante Lovett- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1761261/devante-lovett
Interest level 7/10. Devante is one of the best Arkansas players not to have an offer right now. Ole Miss is interested as well.
5.   Cameron Davis- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1612079/cameron-davis
Interest level 10/10. Cameron wants to be a razorback. If he shows out at camp he might get a chance.

OG:
1.   Jalin Barnett- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/478906/jalin-barnett
Interest level 6/10. Top OG prospect in the nation. He would be the Kirkland or Wallace of this class.  Just recently became interested in the hogs. Loves Pittman..... RD seems to think that we have a good shot.
2.   Josh Wariboko- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/556735/josh-wariboko
Interest level 4/10. Another great OG prospect. His recruitment seems to hinge on he and his brother Max playing together. Max is attending Arkansas camp http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1444473/max-wariboko    Josh didn't make it to his unofficial today but Max is here.
3.   Dalton Ford- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/444984/dalton-ford
Interest level 7/10. Camping at Arkansas. No offer at this point.

C:
1.   Zach Rogers (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/855638/zach-rogers
Interest level 15/10. Zach committed early and has never wavered.

DE:
1.   Jamario Bell (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1688173/jamario-bell
Interest 10/10. He recently affirmed that he is still solid to the hogs. Big time athlete.
2.   Jeremiah Ledbetter- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1664138/highlights/116852377
Interest level 5/10. Juco DE/DT that recently received an offer and will visit the Hogs.
3.   Marques Ford-

DT:
1.   Hjalte Froholdt (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2742012/hjalte-froholdt
Interest level 10/10. Hjalte is all hog and we are lucky to have him.
2.   Daytrieon Dean (Hog Commit)- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1187862/daytrieon-dean
Interest level 10/10. Same as Hjalte above. He committed very quickly after his offer and hasn't wavered.
3.   Bryce English- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1900103/bryce-english
Interest level 4/10. It seems like Bryce is high on some Texas schools, TCU in particular. His teammate Chris Orr is attending Arkansas camp. The two seem to be excited about the prospect of playing with each other. https://twitter.com/BryceEnglish34/status/476791051198271488

4.   Darrion Daniels- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2681602/darrion-daniels
Interest level 3/10. 247 has us listed as "warm". He attends the same high school as Jovan Pruitt. I believe that we have a good relationship with the school after the way Jovan was treated during his recruitment, which won't hurt our chances with Darrion.

OLB:
1.   Derrick Graham- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1430146/derrick-graham
Interest level 5/10. Derrick has been blowing up lately. UF and Georgia Tech recently offered. Hopefully the fact that Arkansas offered early will work in our favor.
2.   Dre Greenlaw-  http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1904714/dre-greenlaw
Interest level 9/10. Stud athlete, he is a S/OLB and will have an Arkansas offer before its all said and done.
3.   Avery Johnson- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1783116/avery-johnson
Interest level 9/10. Just like Dre he is a S/OLB. Another awesome athlete who is camping at Arkansas and who I believe will earn an offer and be a Hog.
4.   Riley Garner- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1658148/riley-garner--jr--olb-
Interest level 3.5/10. I though we had a great shot with Riley but then he committed to A&M very soon after they offered.
5.   Quarte Sapp- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1709266/quarte-sapp
Interest level 2/10. Very quiet about Quarte which usually isn't good. 247 has us listed as "warm".
6.   Tim Cook- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1598727/highlights/101632390
Interest level 8/10. Tim is from Arkansas and has excelled in the juco ranks as a RB/LB. If he gets an offer it will be late and at LB.
7.   Chris Orr-

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Se5QcFON7y8
Interest level 4/10. Chris Orr is teammates with Bryce English at De Soto. He's one to watch at camp as his recruitment has been heating up lately. Recently committed to Wisconsin, I think we are still in the race for him.
8.   Chase Johnston- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/595644/chase-johnston
Interest level 7/10. Chase is a 6'4'' LB from Carl Junction MO. He had a good performance at camp and is one to watch in the future. http://www.wholehogsports.com/news/2014/jun/13/missouri-lb-impresses-hogs-camp/

MLB:
1.   Kendrick Jackson- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1701814/kendrick-jackson
Interest level 7.5/10. Kendrick is very interested in Arkansas. He's friends with Jamario Bell, KJ Hill, and Will Gragg and has said that he would like to play college ball with them.

CB:
1.   Roney Elam- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1753307/roney-elam
Interest level 5/10. High school teammates with current Hog CB DJ Dean and 2014 recruiting target Kevin Short, the hogs will for sure get a few visits from Roney.
2.   Juwuan Campbell- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1525163/juwuan-campbell
Interest level 6/10. Juwuan will be hitting many camps over the next two weeks and should impress a lot of people. Has one offer from LA Monroe.
3.   Jai Knight- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1745333/jai-knight
Interest level 6/10. Camped at Arkansas, got along well with Coach Jennings.
4.   Nick Ingram- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2280802/nick-ingram
Interest level 7/10. Just received an offer from LA Monroe. Keep an eye on this guy, could also play S at the next level.
5.   Deven Hammond- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2935024/deven-hammond
Interest level 5/10. Deven is going to try to come to camp on the 19th. https://twitter.com/Dhammond_1/status/477270316561887232
6.     William Lockett- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1522438/william-lockett
Interest level 4.5/10. He's at camp right now trying to earn an offer. One of my favorite prospects.

S:
1.   Kahlil Haughton- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/896882/kahlil-haughton
Interest level 4/10. Could not make it for his visit this weekend but will try to make it soon.
2.   McKinley Whitfield- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1813236/mckinley-whitfield
Interest level 7/10. McKinley is an athlete that will probably end up at S or OLB at the ]next level. He should earn an offer at camp and the hogs are in good shape with him.
He's at camp today.
3.   Khalid McGee- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1664853/khalid-mcgee-5
Interest Level ?. The only thing that I've heard about Khalid was from his high school teammate JoJo Robinson who said that Khalid was going to come to Arkansas. No offer at this point.
4.   Elmo Hempstead- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/935709/elmore-hempstead
Interest level 8/10. Good looking in-state prospect. Friends with Jamario Bell.
5.     Marcus Walker- http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1072584/marcus-walker
Interest level 6.5/10. Arkansas is very high on his list. Good looking player. RD said that Walker had the best DB performance at camp in 7 years. Seems to be a 2 horse race between us and Michigan State.

WBC Hog

Just curious but where did you see that the coaching staff wants Tim Cook at LB?  I've been looking for that everywhere and haven't seen anything.  I love his size and speed and would love to see him at LB just because that's a bigger need than RB.

BatesvilleHOG

What about ath/rb Chris Warren of Rockwall Tx? Visited the Hill on 4/26 and has always been high on the Hogs. Mother likes the area and coaches as well.

All Bleed Red

Great Stuff! Appreciate seeing all these guys on one page..

RNHog

I hear Darveon Brown may be playing alot of quarterback this year at Warren. Kid was solid at the position in Jr High.

lumphog

Add Corey Dauphine to the RB list from Port Authur, TX (Memorial) 3 star-5' 11" - 188lb-4.45/40  comitted to T Tech, but got an offer from Arkansas last week. Looks like a good one

Later tonight I'm going to add the names that were requested and some names that have recently surfaced.

The reason I didn't do every single person that we offered at every position is because I was trying to keep it limited to who I believe that we had a decent shot at.
Thanks!

Need to move Chris Warren from WR to RB.

I don't think winning this year is as important as just showing improvement. Recently KJ Hill has been talking more in terms of knowing how he would be used. I agree that he and Will want to be Hogs. They are looking for reasons to believe. If we have a more potent passing game than last year - which I believe we will 1) because Allen was, in my opinion, playing a lot more hurt last year than most think (you could see it both in where his passes went and in part to the range of motion in his passes; he looked a lot better in the last two games than in the previous 7 o 8), 2) the offensive line will be a lot better both in terms of quality of the starters and in terms of depth, 3) we will have a much, much better group of receivers, both TEs and WRs, and 4) we'll have a lot better running game. Korliss Marshall will add a whole new dimension to the running game. I think both JWill and Budda will rush well over 1,000 yards, but I think Korliss will get about 750 yards on a high average. I think the offense will be more potent all across the board.

If Gragg sees Hunter doing well, he'll be a Hog. If we get a solid 3 to 5 man rotation at WR I think KJ Hill signs.

All in all, however, I am not sure we will win all that many games, simply because I don't think the defense will be solid. But I think we'll have grounds for hope in the future. Bielema and Co. can recruit. I think the weight lifting program will start paying dividend this year. But we are too thin at linebacker. We have some intriguing project players at the position, but I don't think we'll see them developing much this year.

I've always been a huge believer in the theory that the most important indicator of a good team is the offensive line. The best Razorback team I ever saw was the 1975 team. Had the team not fumbled so much in key games I really think they could have been national champs (every starter on the OL went on to start in the NFL). I still remember seeing that line get a 4 to 5 yard surge on every defense they faced. I think this will be a very, very good line in 2014, but a great one in 2016. If Skipper doesn't go pro after his junior year (my "hope" is that he will conclude that he needs one more year in college to gain bulk; otherwise it is hard to see him being a Hog his senior year). All appearances, however, show that we'll have three straight recruiting classes where the strong point of the team is the offensive line. And if the line makes the offense as good as I think it will, players like KJ and Will are going to find lots to believe in.

Sorry about that, I accidentally added Chris and Corey Dauphine to WR instead of RB. Coach B is not going to turn us around in two years, but this rebuild is an extremely healthy one. In a few years we are going to win 7-9 games year in and year out, and on our really good years who knows. I hope recruits can realize this and want to be a part of this, especially Will, K.J., C.J, and some other guys.

Nice hustle.  You hit the issues in a realistic manner without an agenda....that is rare around here.
Petrino left a mess and Bielema is trying to fill in the talent gaps.  Anderson finally has some talent to work with.  He needs more at select positions and that will come in the next recruiting class.
Posters that think they are Jim Rhome are ruining message boards.

Looks like about 26 out of about 55 with interest 7/10 or better. Pretty good for now if those numbers are valid. Looking for a time when  all 55 have us at their top.
