Nate James Arkansas connection?

My girlfriend just saw Nate James at MCI discussing Nolan Richardson, Mike Anderson, and Arkansas. She just overheard the conversation but texted me to ask what his connection to the hogs is.

And yes, I'm dating a girl who recognizes Nate James in an airport.

Pretty cool she'd recognize him. My girl would, but only because Duke has always been her team.

May have met Coach Richardson when he was coach of the Mexico National Team and Coach K coached the Americans. Coach K brought Richardson in and introduced him to the players and I am assuming the assistant coaches were there.

Yeah, she isn't even an Arkansas or Duke fan. LSU grad and big Tiger fan.
