We're not there. We may some day have a team that becomes a top NFL producer and I hope this present staff gets us there because our past coaches have not.

Yes that is true and one reason I posted this information. If we are to reach that magical number of being a top twenty-five team we need to get behind this coaching staff and do everything we can to encourage them to stay instead of this constant bickering after one year. 
The facts are, our state does not produce enough talent to be a top twenty-five team. We have to pay a quality staff to recruit top players to our state.
Our fans need to adjust their opinions of where we are and not let a couple of outstanding years delude us into thinking we are top twenty-five.
People who state they will be happy if we reach a certain unrealistic goal in three years  need to change their thinking to just being happy they are Razorback fans and get behind the team and staff no matter win or lose.
Unreasonable expectations is not good for the growth of our program.
