Question on rule

I thought the NCAA had a rule requiring a % of graduating players. If so, how does UK(1ndone) get by this?

As long as they are in good academic standing when they leave, it does not count against them.

Notice all those randoms sitting at the end of the bench.  Those guys get to say they played basketball at Kentucky.  They also get good grades and graduate.
