I took a look at Arkansas' recent push in the state of Mississippi and why the SEC school is doing it http://on.thec-l.com/1czvDUR

The data over the last five years showed that BCS-level programs haven't had much success in Mississippi, in part because of how successful Ole Miss and Mississippi State have been at keeping the top talent in-state. This year, only one Dandy Dozen player (Devin Voorhies) signed with an out-of-state school [LSU]...

Hopefully that exposure helps.  I like that JC Shurburtt has had a lot of positive things to say about Arkansas lately.

 I've never given recruiting Mississippi much of a thought. Mostly due to having 3 FBS programs in the state. But if we could start getting 2-3 players a year out of Mississippi. It sure would help us.

We should have always been going into MS, especially when Ole Miss was way down.

The problem with Mississippi is getting them academically eligible.
