Hierachy

I've posted this information in a thread but  because of the apparent confusion some have I thought it deserved a post of it's own.

I look at the Football hierarchy at the UofA .
CBB, Head Coach; Coach Randy Shannon, Senior Associate Head Coach and Linebacker coach, Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator, Assistant Coach and Defensive Coordinator; Assistant Coach and offensive line coach; Assistant Coach and defensive line coach.; etc.
I don't know but I think this staff is not so much interested in titles as they are in building a great team.
Randy Shannon apparently has more class than Ed Ogeron. I fully expect there will come a time when Coach Shannon may accept another job but until that time I am excited about him being here.

For the most part titles other than OC/DC are just a way to justify more money.
