If Hogville was the HC Who would be the DC?

We have 47 threads about Robb Smith and Butch Davis (so why not 1 more?  ) and why CBB is stupid if he doesn't hire one or the other....  My question is which one would you hire and why.

There are a lot of those that are for Butch Davis and a lot of those that are for whatever CBB decides, my only intent is to understand who is the fan favorite (AND by how much).

I'm sure I will get some flack for another thread but I think it will be interesting to know who would be our next DC if hogville voted.

BTW... I do think that this may be futile because it looks like Robb Smith will be the guy.  I'm just interested in the results.

Butch Davis is a no brainer IMO. Even if BD is only there 2 or 3 seasons.  The finger print he puts on the D will last for longer than that and you can always find a "smith" in 2 years.  You don't always have a guy with that much football bling in your back yard.

Who knows, if the hogs started winning big Butch might be content to put a ring on his finger as a hog.  It's his home.

JJ's rings are as HC, BD could have 3 rings as an assistant but one of his would have a hog on it.  I think JJ would try it on next time they were together.

So it doesn't matter who you want because you have no input in this decision. The only decision you have is if you don't like the DC quit being a fan. Curious about those that choose Robb Smith.  Did you do it because that is who you think it will be?  Is it because you trust CBB to make the right decision and you think he will choose Smith. OR, did you pick him based on his experience/fit for the position.  If you picked him because you trust CBB, then just choose that option.
