The NCAA is fighting a losing battle if they plan to try to enforce these asinine rules.  It'd be dang near impossible to prove that someone with a particular school's logo is actually a fan of said school.  The NCAA will have to change their stance.

Technically if someone has tickets to a particular team and contacts a recruit with comments to get them to come to Ark it is a NCAA violation but I agree witht he article that they wont do anything about it

For the record, I use my twitter account for My Production Company, I do not tweet, twerk or follow recruits. But I appreciate guys like Richard who do it and keep us posted! I get angry at fools who haven't the clue but feel they need to "weigh in" with their extreme stupidity to blanket people like Mr. Davenport with the word creep. Nobody needs these morons posting...

its really not a reference either to the pimple faced teenagers whose only means of social interaction these days is thru social media.  i suspect you fall into this group (regardless of your age).
