Wishing Everyone A Most Happy Thanksgiving!!!

With how things have gone on the Hill this season I realize it may be somewhat difficult to stop and give thanks; however, that's exactly what I'm doing and sharing those thoughts and wishes with each of my fellow Hogvillians. Despite this year's struggles and challenges I realize how incredibly blessed me and my family have been this past year. We've not had to go without a meal (something we might benefit from when it comes to waist lines) and we've all been relatively healthy and even employed with good jobs. I fully appreciate the fact that many can't say the same.

With the death of several close friends and acquaintances this past year I also have a fresh perspective on the fragile nature of life. Truly every day we're allowed to share this earth in good health is a great blessing, no matter what else may come our way. May each of you know the peace of counting your blessings this coming holiday. May we continue to do so in the days ahead!
