Anton Beard Update

Anton is at the Deron Williams Skills Academy (http://www.nikeeyb.com/Events/point-guard-skills-academy/) today thru Wednesday. This is a camp where the top 20 (as determined by Nike) high school PG's were invited to learn and compete with the 10 best college PG's. Do well at this camp, and you get an invite to the LeBron James Skills Academy, where the nation's top 80 high school players and top 20 players convene to camp and compete.

Well, Anton got the invite to the LeBron camp tonight! He also measured 5'11 1/2 in shoes, 187 lbs (barefoot), with a 6'2 wingspan.

RazorAG, what makes Lebron James camp so special that kids from the Nike camp gets invited to his camp?, do he have other NBA players there that makes it more special than other nba players camp or the Nike camp or is it just because its a LBJ camp?, just curious.

It's just the way Nike has their camps set up.  The LeBron is the ultimate invitational.  You are invited based on how you do at the Deron Williams (PG's), Kevin Durant (Wings) and Amare Stoudamire (Post players) camps.
