John l. Smith's coaching ability

Here's what I know about coach smith: he was the coach of the special teams last year. The special teams were the unit that had absolute breakdowns against AL and LSU last year which led to punt return TDs and turned both games.

I also remember his tenure at MSU. Do any of you that are behind this hire remember his tenure there? If so, you will know that giving this man the steering wheel to our program is a terrible move. This man does not even know how to manage timeouts and that will likely be one if e few things that he does next season.
