What if at the end of next season, Auburn fires Chizik and they hire Garrick as HC and he hires Paul P. as OC and Paul H. as DC.  Would we be scared? Think about it. Remember when MA went to UAB and they were winning NCAA tourney games while we "rebuilt" with Heath? This seams very similar to me. GM could step in and keep the ball rolling, and that's a chance I think we have to take.
