On dialup or slow connection? Speed up the forum...

Here's two quick tips to help you increase your speed on the forums.

If you go to your profile and then onto Look and Layout preferences you will find the following two options:
- Don't show other users' avatars.
- Don't show other users' signatures.

What those two options will do when enabled is simply decrease the amount of data you need to download from the server every single time you view a thread on this forum. You won't be able to see users avatars and signatures (which also often contain images), but you will see faster loading times and even experience that the page renders faster as there is less images to display speeding the actual browser up.

If you don't like the way it works, just go back to your profile and change it again. Happy hoggin!
