I started posting over here during hugger/darksider war (LOL)!  I got kicked off the paysites but had joined hogville prior and matriculated over to get my fix for Hog news.  I soon found a board tolerant of all views but the majority of the more knowlegeable posters seemed to be of the same mindset I was.  Add in that I could get info I had been paying for free over here....it was a no brainer!!  I have met some good friends on here and love this board.  I start my day with coffee and Hogville.

I joined Hogville a few years ago because I have always loved The Hogs, even growing up in SW Louisiana surrounded by LSU and Texas fans, and wanted to come to a place where I could get as much info as possible. Overtime I dicovered while sometimes there is dud info posted, in the end Hogville gets it right. I enjoy and often tell people about how much I enjoy the minds of some of the  posters on here. I follow Hogville because it seems to give me better insight into the goings on of the programs overall, especially recruiting.  It amazes me how much time some members spend scanning the internet looking for bits of information about HOGS recruits, etc., so they can share them with us other members.  Also, I enjoy the good-natured (usually) banter back and forth between members...how hungry and addicted they are to all that is the HOGS...and how they go after trolls that crop up from time to time.  If you are not a rabid HOG fan all the time, win or lose, why even bother?
