Question about Gus

If Gus comes in here and say the Hogs win the SEC Championship and we put up Spurrier type numbers will Gus leave for a head coaching job somewhere?  Or would this be the time Frank retires, Nutt takes AD, and Gus takes over as head coach.   Any thoughts?
