The Arkansas Lady Razorbacks take a couple of days off for the start of the final exam period of the 2005 fall semester.

The Lady'Backs, 4-4, will workout around the test schedules of the team until next week, leaving for Hot Springs, Ark., and a return to The Summit for a game with Nicholls State on Thursday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m.

Coach Susie Gardner hosts her next luncheon this Monday, Dec. 12, at the Clarion Inn in Fayetteville at 11:30 a.m.  Coach Gardner will preview the Nicholls State contest, as well as Arkansas' two other pre-holidays home games:  Texas-Pan American on Dec. 18 and New Orleans on Dec. 20.

Tickets for the central Arkansas appearance of the Lady'Backs are available on line at Ticketmaster, or by phone through The Summit ticket office.  While "home" game, the Nicholls State game is not a part of the regular Lady'Back season ticket package.

The game will be televised back to the northwest Arkansas area on Cox Sports Arkansas, which is available on channel 118 on Cox Cable throughout the market.

The Arkansas-Nicholls State game will be available on broadcast radio via the Lady Razorback Radio Network and at LADYBACKS.COM; however, there will not be a live video stream of the game from The Summit.

When was the last time the women's program was so down?

I don't follow them that much so I don't know, but it seems like they have been pretty weak since Gary Blair left.

I do believe you have to be able to run the football when you want to, run the football when you have to. I believe you have to be able to throw the football when you want to, and throw the football when you have to.  --Former Razorback Head Football Coach Bobby Petrino.
