General Usage question

I don't frequent this board all that much due to it being so cumbersome and full of certain people that repeat the same thing a bazillion times.  But is there a way to pick people who's posts you'd like to read and have them "bookmarked" so to speak.  That way you don't have to muck through all the same ole same ole.
