Anyone know anything about these?

I know nothing about these guns, I know that a few years ago, Hi-point firearms wasn't worth the metal and plastic they were put together with.  I can get this on part of a trade, and was wondering if it would be worth around $200, it is brand new and comes with 2 magazines, laser kit (laser and attaching hardware), compensator, sling, forward foldable grip and a new (never used) NcStar Tactical Case.

If it was all I could afford, I would buy it. I definitly would not want one as my CCW.
