You can now get on arkansasrazorbacks.com and see what seats you are going to have if you asked for an improvement.  Just log into the ticket office and view order history.

Thanks for the info.  After 12 years of asking they finally moved me to a better seat.

this is only our second year for season tickets, but we got moved from section 209 to 201.  of course, we didn't donate to the foundation last year, and did this year.  apparently that few extra hundred dollars helps.
