This is just my opinion.  I know the recruiting process is complicated.  I know the way this class turns out will be an average of .1 or .01 different from last years class.  Yes we can argue they did this within a shorter amount of time and this was an exemplary effort.  No doubt they did quite well.

The difference is this.  I have a much greater confidence and comfort level that this staff will do a great deal better at developing this class than would the previous staff.  That is the difference.
