UCLA currently has the nations #1 class according to Rivals.com, the Bruins have 21 committments.  Only one out-of-stater (TX) is on the list that includes 13 four star players.  The Bruins currently have 5 db's committed with 4 of them being 4*'s.

IMO its ridiculous to rank classes in June, but the hogs are #23
