Joyner Commits to Hog Basketball Team

Joyner, a 6-foot-2, 175-pound senior-to-be point guard from Genesis One Academy in Mendenhall, Miss., committed to the Razorbacks on Wednesday night and becomes first-year coach John Pelphrey's first commitment of the 2008 class.

"I just went ahead and committed today," Joyner said Wednesday night while still in Fayetteville. "I love the atmosphere, think it is one of the best programs in the best conference in the country and really like what Coach Pelphrey is doing and the direction they are headed in."
