Yes but that won't effect his 08' status just like Willie Warren and other major elite's choosing to attend Prep School in order to face stiffer competition.

Yes.  He is going to Findlay Prep in Vegas, the school that Sanchez was slated to go to until he proved this Spring that he was healthy and productive enough to go D1.
