John Pelphrey won't have to worry about Rob Evans being the timid new guy who sits quietly in staff meetings because he doesn't want to step on anyone's toes.

Evans, 60, said part of his role on the Arkansas basketball staff is to share what he's learned in a lifelong coaching career with Pelphrey, the new head coach.
