Forrest City guard Marcus Britt has committed to become the first the signee for new Arkansas basketball coach John Pelphrey and will sign with the Razorbacks today, Fred Conley, sports editor of The Times-Herald in Forrest City, and Otis Kirk of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette confirmed Monday.
