Fred Gulley III will give him a run for his money when it comes to being the best player in the  state overall.  He put up nearly 30 on James Anderson in a head to head match-up earlier this year and is averaging a double, double Varsity(15 yrs old)

Yep and he will end up being one of the best to ever come out of the state by the time his H.S. career is over.   IRONIC huh ajs15razorman

Walton will be big time and started at the highest qualification as a 9th grader.  He will not be a big time scorer because he is a true point guard but he can score it and will take the ball to the rack.  By the time he is a senior and improves his jumper he will be big time.  He is already the go to player on a damn good LR Hall team, and it will be difficult to compare him to Gulley because they are two different players.  I believe Walton will be recruited higher, unless Gulley grows a couple more inches because he can score.
